RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise. Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. You may contact us at email@example.com or 305-744-3080 within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. In the event that the damaged or defective product is no longer in stock, you must choose another option or accept a store credit for a future purchase. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
